Abstract
Saline-alkali land, as an important strategic reserve land resource in China, is widely distributed and has complex causes. Its comprehensive management is a key measure to solve the development dilemma of agriculture, rural areas, and farmers in fragile saline ecological areas. The functions reflected in the governance process, such as stabilizing the relationship between people and land, promoting the flow of factors, and ensuring food security, are precisely in line with the goal of rural revitalization. Based on the integrated mechanism of comprehensive management of saline-alkali land and the revitalization of rural industries, talents, culture, ecology, and organizations, this paper explores the practical logic paradigm of governance to support rural revitalization, such as activating business transformation and driving industrial prosperity through land improvement, reshaping the beauty of the environment and promoting ecological livability through environmental restoration, cultivating new types of farmers and continuing the civilization of rural customs through the application of technology, innovating grassroots good governance and empowering effective governance through diverse collaboration, and revitalizing resources to broaden channels for increasing income and strengthen the foundation for common prosperity. Based on this, suggestions are proposed to deepen the mutual benefit between ecology and economy, sustainable governance and technological complementarity, and consolidate individual and collective prosperity, providing relevant theoretical support and path references for further unleashing the benign mutual feedback effect of comprehensive management of saline-alkali land and comprehensive rural revitalization.
