我国谷子种植的生态效率动态演化与优化路径研究

Research on Dynamic Evolution and Optimization Path of Ecological Efficiency in Millet Cultivation in China

  • 摘要: 以我国7个谷子种植主产省为研究对象,综合运用超效率SBM模型和GML指数,对2013—2023年各主产省份谷子种植的生态效率动态演化进行了测算与分析。结果显示:研究期间谷子种植主产省的生态效率总体呈波动上升态势,但多数年份未达到有效状态,且不同主产省份的生态效率水平存在明显差异,表明谷子种植的生态效益仍有较大的提升空间。基于此,提出了优化投入资源利用、推动技术革新推广、激活产业扶持效能等对策,旨在促进谷子产业绿色、均衡、高质量发展,保障国家粮食安全与农业可持续发展。

     

    Abstract: This study focuses on seven major millet-producing provinces in China and employs the super-efficiency SBM model and GML index to measure and analyze the dynamic evolution trends of millet ecological efficiency from 2013 to 2023. The results show that the ecological efficiency of major millet-producing provinces has generally fluctuated upward during the study period, but most years have not reached an effective state. At the same time, there are differences in ecological efficiency levels among different major production provinces, indicating that there is still considerable room for improvement in the ecological benefits of millet cultivation. Based on this, we propose relevant suggestions from three aspects: optimizing the utilization of input resources, promoting technological innovation and dissemination, and activating the effectiveness of industrial support, aiming to promote the green, balanced, and high-quality development of the millet industry and ensure national food security and sustainable agricultural development.
