Abstract:
In this study, the contents of 17 fruit nutritional quality evaluation indexes of 8 early-maturing apples were determined, and the methods of calculating coefficient of variation, bivariate correlation analysis, factor analysis, and cluster analysis were used to analyze them. The results showed that: (1) According to the calculation of coefficient of variation and bivariate correlation analysis, the coefficient of variation of fruit moisture was the lowest, and the coefficient of variation of anthocyanin was the highest. There were different degrees of differences and correlations among the 17 evaluation indexes. (2) Factor analysis was used to reduce the original index into five relatively independent comprehensive evaluation factors, with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 94.508%, reflecting most of the information of 17 traits. (3) Eight early-maturing apple germplasm resources were clustered into three categories by factor analysis and cluster analysis (Ward method). Total flavonoids and total phenols were positively correlated, and then they were clustered with tannin, single fruit weight, iron, and water into the first category. Protein was significantly positively correlated with anthocyanin, anthocyanin was positively correlated with zinc, and then clustered into the second category with fat and soluble solids. Crude fiber was positively correlated with potassium, total acid was first gathered together, pectin was positively correlated with magnesium and calcium, and then pectin, magnesium, and calcium were clustered into the third category. From the perspective of varieties, Hongsinike, Bakerai and Xialimeng were clustered into one category. Luli, American 8 and Honggailu were clustered into one group, and Huashuo and Gala were clustered into one group.
