盐碱胁迫对黄瓜生长发育和生理生化的影响及其缓解措施

Effects of Saline-alkali Stress on Growth, Development, Physiology and Biochemistry of Cucumbers and Mitigation Strategies

  • 摘要: 土壤盐碱化是制约全球农业生产的重要非生物胁迫之一。黄瓜作为我国主要的设施蔬菜作物,对盐碱胁迫极其敏感,其生长发育、产量和品质均受到严重抑制。近年来,围绕黄瓜盐碱胁迫的研究已从早期的生长发育现象描述,逐步深入到生理和分子机制解析及多种缓解策略的开发。从盐碱胁迫对黄瓜生长发育和生理生化的影响、黄瓜盐碱胁迫的缓解措施等进行了综述,以期为黄瓜抗逆栽培和遗传改良提供参考依据。

     

    Abstract: Soil salinization is one of the major abiotic stresses limiting global agricultural production. As a major greenhouse vegetable crop in China, cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) is particularly sensitive to saline-alkali stress, which severely inhibits its growth, yield and quality. In recent years, the research on saline-alkali stress in cucumbers has evolved from early descriptions of growth and development phenomena to a deeper exploration of physiological and molecular mechanisms, as well as the development of various mitigation strategies. This paper reviews the research progress from the aspects of the effects of salt-alkali stress on cucumber growth, development, and physiological and biochemical processes and mitigation measures for salt-alkali stress. The aim is to provide a reference for stress-tolerant cultivation and genetic improvement of cucumbers.
