数字经济对农业劳动生产率的影响研究

Impact of Digital Economy on Agricultural Labor Productivity

  • 摘要: 基于2014—2023年中国30个省(区、市)的面板数据,采用双向固定效应模型、中介效应模型与门槛效应模型,实证分析了数字经济对农业劳动生产率的影响效应。结果表明:(1)数字经济能够促进农业劳动生产率显著提升,且在粮食主产区与主销区的提升效果更好;(2)数字经济通过推动技术创新和农地流转,显著提高了农业劳动生产率;(3)城镇化率在数字经济对农业劳动生产率提升的影响中存在单一门槛效应,当城镇化率达到门槛值后,对农业劳动生产率的提升作用开始显现。基于此,提出了加快数字经济发展、推动技术创新与农地流转的对策建议,以充分释放数字经济对农业劳动生产率的提升效应。

     

    Abstract: Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2014 to 2023, the two-way fixed effect model, the mediation effect model and the threshold effect model were used to empirically test the impact of the digital economy on the labor productivity of agriculture. The results show that:(1) The digital economy significantly promotes the labor productivity of agriculture, and the improvement effect is better in the main grain-producing areas and the main grain-consuming areas.(2) The digital economy provides impetus for technological innovation and the transfer of agricultural land, which significantly promotes the labor productivity of agriculture.(3) There is a single threshold effect of the urbanization rate on the impact of the digital economy on the labor productivity of agriculture. When the urbanization rate reaches the threshold value, the promoting effect on the labor productivity of agriculture begins to show. Based on this, it is proposed that measures such as accelerating the development of the digital economy, promoting technological innovation and the transfer of agricultural land should be taken to fully release the promoting effect of the digital economy on the labor productivity of agriculture.
