Abstract:
In the spring of 2024, during the same period, the physical traits of 48 different tea germplasm in the same plot of tea garden and damage caused by
Apolygus lucorum(Meyer-Dür) were investigated. One bud and two leaves of three similar physical traits tea germplasm were collected for the determination and analysis of chemical components. The differences and characteristics of different tea germplasm damaged by
A. lucorum were studied. The results showed that there were significant differences in damage among different tea germplasm. The total damage rate of N7 was the highest(91.76%), while that of Huangdan was the lowest(0.45%). The damage caused by
A. lucorum was mainly significantly or extremely significantly related to leaf color, leaf texture and leaf surface. The damage indexes of N23, Zhenong 113 and ZX32 were significantly positively correlated with the phenol-ammonia ratio, EGC and EC contents, and significantly negatively correlated with GCG. The contents of amino acids and EC decreased with the deepening of the damage degree, while GCG increased with the deepening of the hazard degree. The tea germplasms with late phenological periods, hard leaves, dark leaf color, raised leaf surfaces, high phenolto-ammonia ratio, high EGC, high EC and low GCG are suitable as tea germplasms resistant to
A. lucorum.
