Abstract:
The study aims to reveal the effects ofsimulated drought stress on related agronomic traits and physiological indicators of KN DH population in rapeseed, thereby laying a foundation for the screening and identification of drought-tolerant rapeseed germplasm resources and the breeding of excellent varieties. The 1/2 Hoagland complete nutrient solution with different concentrations(5%, 10%, 15%, 20% and 25%) of polyethylene glycol 6000(PEG-6000) was used to simulate drought stress of KN DH population, the effects, the correlation analysis and principal component analysis were performed in study. The results showed that:(1) The PEG-6000 concentration of 20% in the nutrient solution was suitable for simulated drought stress in the KN DH population parents.(2) The(coefficient of variation) of stem and leaf fresh weight was the highest, the CV of CAT increased the most.(3) After drought stress treatment with 20% PEG-6000, maximum root length was positively correlated with plant height, stem and leaf fresh weight, root fresh weight and CAT, but was negatively correlated with root-shoot ratio and MDA content. The stem and leaf fresh weight and CAT were significantly negatively correlated with MDA content.(4) Eight traits could be integrated into five principal component factors(root fresh weight, stem and leaf fresh weight, CAT, chlorophyll and MDA), with the total cumulative contribution rate of 86.82%, basically reflecting all the information of the investigated traits.
