不同有机肥配施对烤烟土壤理化性质及其微生物群落的影响

Effects of Different Organic Fertilizer Combinations on Soil Physicochemical Properties and Microbial Communities in Flue-cured Tobacco Fields

  • 摘要: 以云烟87为试验材料,采用随机区组设计,以单施化肥为对照(CK),设置了3个配施有机肥处理:烟草专用基肥+菜枯有机肥+鑫叶有机肥(T1)、烟草专用基肥+菜枯有机肥+枯饼有机肥(T2)、烟草专用基肥+菜枯有机肥+芝麻饼肥(T3),探究了不同有机肥配施对峡江烟区烤烟土壤理化性质及其微生物群落的影响。结果表明,配施不同种类有机肥,有效提高了峡江烟区植烟土壤的养分含量,增加了土壤微生物数量、土壤酶活性及细菌群落多样性,促进了鞘氨醇单胞菌等有益菌的富集,并抑制了病原菌的繁殖,从而改善了土壤微生物群落结构。综上,添加芝麻饼肥的T3处理综合表现最优。

     

    Abstract: Yunyan 87 was used as the material. The experiment adopted a randomized block design, with tobacco-specific base fertilizer(CK) as the control. Three treatments were set up including tobacco-specific base fertilizer + rapeseed cake organic fertilizer + Xin Ye organic fertilizer(T1), tobacco-specific base fertilizer + rapeseed cake organic fertilizer + soybean cake organic fertilizer(T2), and tobacco-specific base fertilizer + rapeseed cake organic fertilizer + sesame cake fertilizer(T3). The effects of different organic fertilizer combinations on soil physical and chemical properties and microbial community in flue-cured tobacco fields in Xiajiang were studied. The results showed that the addition of different types of organic fertilizers could increase soil available nutrients, microbial quantity, soil enzyme activity and bacterial community diversity, facilitate the enrichment of beneficial bacteria such as Sphingomonas, and inhibit the reproduction of pathogenic bacteria, thereby improving soil microbial structure. The T3 treatment with the addition of sesame cake fertilizer was the best.
