Abstract:
The main pear-producing areas in Handan City are located in the plain area in the east. This study takes the plain area with an altitude of less than 100 meters in Handan City as the research area, and analyzes the temporal and spatial variation characteristics of climatic conditions and pear planting area in the research area. The result shows that the annual average temperature in the research area is 13.6 ℃, and the annual average frost-free period is 204 days. From an interannual perspective, there is an obvious upward trend. The annual average precipitation is 513.2 mm, and the annual average sunshine hours is 2345.5 hours, both showing a decreasing trend over time. Since 1979, the planting area of pears has shown an overall upward trend. There were obvious growth points in 1986, 1994~1995 and 2014. This is greatly related to factors such as national land policies, local planting habits and support policies, and improvements in pear cultivation techniques. However, in 1989 and 1996~2006, the planting area of pear trees decreased, which is greatly affected by market supply and demand and the quality of pears.
