氮肥用量与种植密度对烤烟生长、光合特性及产质量的影响

Effect of Nitrogen Application Rate and Planting Density on Growth, Photosynthetic Characteristics, Yield and Quality of Flue-cured Tobacco

  • 摘要: 以云烟87为供试品种,采用双因素随机区组试验设计,其中,氮肥用量设3个水平(N1~N3:127.5、142.5、157.5 kg/hm2),种植密度设3个水平(M1~M3:15000、16500、18000株/hm2),探讨了不同氮肥用量与种植密度组合对烤烟生长特性、干物质积累总量、光合特性、经济性状及烟叶感官品质的影响。结果表明:在相同氮肥用量条件下,提高种植密度会导致烤烟植株茎围缩小、干物质积累量降低,同时净光合速率与气孔导度呈下降趋势,烤烟产量与产值虽有所提升,但均价降低,且烤后烟叶总糖含量升高,烟碱与总氮含量下降,感官品质呈下降趋势;在相同种植密度条件下,随着氮肥用量的增加,烤烟生长发育得到了显著促进,干物质积累量与烟叶光合作用能力均有所提高,产量与产值明显提升,烟叶烟碱与总氮含量显著升高。烟叶感官评价方面,随着氮肥用量的增加,中、低种植密度处理的得分呈先升后降的变化趋势;高种植密度处理的烟叶感官品质则持续下降。综合考量烤烟的品质与经济效益,中氮中密度(N2M2)处理烤烟的生长发育状况、干物质积累量、烟叶经济效益及内在化学成分与感官评价综合表现最优,因此,可作为赣州烟区优质烟叶生产的推荐栽培方案。

     

    Abstract: Yunyan 87 cultivar was used as the experimental object, and a two-factor randomized block trial design including three Nitrogen application levels(N1: 127.5 kg/hm2, N2: 142.5 kg/hm2, N3: 157.5 kg/hm2) and three planting densities(M1: 15000 plants/hm2, M2: 16500 plants/hm2, M3: 18000 plants/hm2) were conducted to explore the effects of nitrogen application rate and plant density on the growth characteristics, total dry matter accumulation, photosynthetic characteristics, economic traits, sensory quality characteristics of tobacco leaves. The result showed that under the same nitrogen conditions, with the increase of planting density, the stem circumference and dry matter accumulation of flue-cured tobacco plants decreased, the net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance showed a decreasing trend, the yield and output value of flue-cured tobacco increased but the average price decreased, the total sugar content of flue-cured tobacco leaves increased, the contents of nicotine and total nitrogen decreased, and the sensory quality showed a downward trend. Under the same planting density, with the increase of nitrogen fertilizer application, the growth and development of tobacco promoted significantly, the accumulation of dry matter and photosynthesis of tobacco leaves increased, the yield and output value increased significantly, the nicotine and total nitrogen content of tobacco leaves increased significantly, the sensory quality of tobacco leaves treated with medium to low density treatment showed an initial increase followed by a decrease, while the sensory quality of tobacco leaves with high density treatment decreased. Considering the economic benefits and quality, the medium density and medium nitrogen(N2M2) treatment showed excellent agronomic traits in tobacco leaves, with the highest dry matter accumulation, the best economic benefits, good coordination of internal chemical components, and the best sensory evaluation of smoking quality, which could be recommended as a high-quality tobacco planting plan in Ganzhou tobacco-growing area.
