施氮量和氮钾配比对KRK26烟叶中性致香物质含量的影响

Effects of Nitrogen Application Amount and Ratio of Nitrogen to Potassium on Content of Neutral Aroma Components of KRK26 Tobacco Leaves

  • 摘要: 为明确氮肥及氮钾配比对KRK26烤烟致香物质含量的影响,采用田间试验检测了不同施氮量和氮钾配比下烟叶致香物质的含量。结果表明:(1)KRK26烟叶共检测出中性致香物质34种,其中苯甲醇、苯乙醇、西柏三烯二醇A、法尼基丙酮、西柏三烯二醇D的含量相对较高,均值分别为10.91、7.75、8.49、6.59、5.17 μg/g,对烟叶清香、甜花香、坚果香具有重要作用,其他29种中性致香物质含量均低于5 μg/g。(2)不同氮肥和氮钾配比处理间苯丙氨酸降解产物、棕色化反应产物、西柏烷类降解产物、新植二烯的含量差异不显著,而类胡萝卜素类降解产物差异显著,整体以A2B2处理较高。(3)类胡萝卜素降解产物中的巨豆三烯酮C和D、β-二氢大马酮、4-氧代异佛尔酮、法尼基丙酮、苯丙氨酸降解产物的苯乙醇和苯甲醛以及棕色化反应产物的吡啶、糠醇、4-环戊烯-1,3-二酮含量差异显著,均以A1B1和A2B2处理显著较高。因此,在氮肥施用的同时注重协调氮钾配比,进一步提升烟叶品质,推荐大理KRK26烤烟适宜氮肥用量为75 kg/hm2,且氮钾比不低于1∶3.5。

     

    Abstract: In order to clarify the effects of different nitrogen amount and the ratio of nitrogen to potassium on the content of aroma substances in flue-cured tobacco KRK26, the field experiments were conducted to detect the content of aroma substances in tobacco leaves. The results showed that: (1) The 34 kinds of neutral aroma substances were detected of KRK26 tobacco leaves. The contents of benzyl alcohol, phenylethyl alcohol, cembratriene diol A, farnesylacetone and cembratriene diol D were relatively high, and the average values were 10.91, 7.75, 8.49, 6.59 and 5.17 μg/g, respectively. These aroma components played an important role in the fragrance, sweet floral and nutty aroma of tobacco leaves. The contents of other 29 aroma components were lower than 5 μg/g. (2) There was no significant difference in the content of phenylalanine, browning reaction products, cembranoid degradation products and neophytadiene among different nitrogen fertilizer and nitrogen-potassium ratio treatments, but there was significant difference in carotenoid degradation products, which were higher in A2B2 treatment. (3) The contents of megastigmatrienone C and D, β-dihydrodamascenone, 4-oxoisophorone, farnesylacetone, phenylalanine alcohol and formaldehyde, and the contents of pyridine, sugar alcohol and 4-cyclopentene-1,3-dione in browning reaction products in carotenoid degradation products were significantly different, which were significantly higher in A1B1 and A2B2 treatments. Therefore, we should pay attention to the application of nitrogen fertilizer in the production, and coordinate the ratio of nitrogen and potassium to further improve the quality of tobacco leaves. At the same time, it is recommended that the appropriate amount of nitrogen fertilizer for Dali KRK26 flue-cured tobacco is 75 kg/hm2, and the ratio of nitrogen to potassium is not less than 1∶3.5.
