Abstract: The new agricultural management entities in Shanxi Province are taken as the research object. Based on the field investigation, three types of agricultural products processing leading enterprises (83), provincial and municipal demonstration cooperatives (367) and demonstration family farms (105) are selected. Through the way of“two searches + two searches + two constructions”, the current situation of different types of new agricultural management entities in Shanxi Province is clarified, and the beneficial agricultural mechanism is clarified from two aspects of theoretical logic and practical operation. Combined with typical cases such as Pingyao Beef Group Co., Ltd., Jinsui Planting Professional Cooperative in Shouyang County, and Shuyoudao Agricultural Family Farm in Taigu District of Jinzhong City, the development model and operation mode is clarified, so as to find out the fundamental problems and reasons for the loosening and formalization of the new agricultural business entity + farmers. The results show that the new agricultural management entities in Shanxi Province have problems such as single form of agriculture, short chain of agriculture and imperfect mechanism of agriculture in the process of benefiting agriculture. Based on the current situation of the development of new agricultural management entities in Shanxi Province and the problems existing in the process of linking agricultural machinery management and benefiting agriculture, this paper explores the construction of a reasonable benefiting agriculture mechanism for new agricultural management entities, and combines demonstration models to improve the benefiting agriculture mechanism from multiple dimensions such as investment and financing, service, talents, technology and market, so as to provide mechanism guarantee and path reference for the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.
