微生物风化岩土机制及其应用研究

Research on Mechanism and Application of Microbial Weathering of Rock and Soil

  • 摘要: 概述了岩土的组成及其基本理化性质,分析了微生物风化岩土的影响因素,总结出微生物风化岩土的主要机制,包括微生物菌丝在岩土表面的生长楔入、分泌有机酸、产生胞外聚合物、进行氧化还原作用等,并探讨了其在土壤改良、污染修复及文物保护等方面的应用现状与前景,指出了当前研究中面临的挑战,旨在为微生物风化岩土的理论研究与实际应用提供参考。

     

    Abstract: This paper systematically summarized the composition and fundamental physicochemical properties of geomaterials, reviewed the principal mechanisms and influencing factors of microbial weathering (including mechanical wedging by hyphal growth on geomaterial surfaces, secretion of organic acids/extracellular polymeric substances, and redox reactions), examined current applications and prospects in soil improvement, contaminant remediation, and cultural heritage conservation, and pointed out the challenges existing in the current research, in order to provide support for the theoretical and practical application of functional microorganisms in mineral weathering.
