嫁接技术在甜瓜抗性改良中的研究进展

Research Progress of Grafting Techniques in Improvement of Melon Resistance

  • 摘要: 甜瓜作为全球重要的经济作物之一,在调整种植结构、提升土地产出效益、促进三产融合等方面发挥重要作用。随着设施农业的不断发展,甜瓜在生长过程中也面临着诸多生物和非生物胁迫的挑战,而嫁接技术作为一种有效的抗性改良手段,能够显著提升甜瓜对病虫害、干旱、盐碱和极端温度等逆境胁迫的耐受能力。通过梳理甜瓜嫁接砧木的种类、嫁接苗对生物和非生物胁迫的抗性、嫁接技术对甜瓜抗性机理的影响等研究进展,总结了嫁接技术在甜瓜抗性改良中的应用、存在的问题以及展望。

     

    Abstract: As a globally significant cash crop, melon plays crucial roles in crop structure adjustment, land productivity enhancement, and promoting integrated development of three industries. However, with the continuous advancement of facility agriculture, melon cultivation faces increasing challenges from both biotic and abiotic stresses. Grafting technology, as an effective resistance improvement approach, has demonstrated remarkable efficacy in enhancing melon tolerance to various adversities including diseases/pests, drought, salinity, and temperature extremes. This review systematically examined recent research advances in melon grafting, encompassing rootstock varieties, stress resistance mechanisms of grafted seedlings to biological and abiotic stresses, and the influence of grafting techniques on the resistance, and summarized the application, existing problems and prospects of grafting techniques in the improvement of melon resistance.
