数字经济、农业科技创新与农业经济增长的关系——基于VAR模型的实证分析

Relationship between Digital Economy, Agricultural Science and Technology Innovation and Agricultural Economic Growth ——Empirical Analysis Based on VAR Model

  • 摘要: 利用VAR模型,选取2008—2023年全国层面时间序列数据,实证分析了数字经济、农业科技创新与农业经济增长三者之间的动态关系。结果表明:农业经济增长更依赖于农业科技创新水平的提高和数字经济的发展;但农业经济增长对农业科技创新的推动力相对较小,且数字经济对农业科技创新存在虹吸效应,并在一定程度上抑制了农业科技创新。因此,科技兴农需要主动提升农业科技创新水平,加大农业科技创新投入,完善农村网络,构建大数据平台;推动科技成果转化,提高农业生产效率;建立政策体系,提供政策支持,加强知识产权保护。

     

    Abstract: Using VAR model, we select the national time series data from 2008 to 2023 to empirically analyze the dynamic relationship among digital economy, agricultural technological innovation and agricultural economic growth. The results show that the growth of agricultural economy depends more on the improvement of agricultural technological innovation and the development of digital economy. However, the driving force of agricultural economic growth on agricultural science and technology innovation is relatively small, and the digital economy has a siphon effect on agricultural science and technology innovation, which inhibits the latter to a certain extent. Therefore, to develop agriculture through science and technology, we need to actively enhance the level of agricultural science and technology innovation, increase investment in agricultural science and technology innovation, improve rural networks, build big data platforms, promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, improve agricultural production efficiency, establish a policy system, provide policy support, and strengthen intellectual property protection.
