Abstract: Based on the characteristics of ecological function damage in rare earth mining areas, this paper analyzes the concept of ecological restoration, ecological products, and ecological product value in rare earth mineral areas. The process of ecological product value changes in rare earth mine ecological restoration was analyzed from three stages: pre mining, post mining and post ecological restoration. The action mechanism of rare earth mine ecological restoration on ecological product value was explored from the perspectives of 11 sub ecological product values, including material supply product value, regulation service product value, and cultural service product value.
