土地“三生”功能耦合协调度时空分布特征及其驱动因素研究——以江苏省为例

Study on Spatiotemporal Distribution Characteristics and Driving Factors of Coupling Coordination Degree of “Production-Living-Ecological” Functions of Land: A Case Study of Jiangsu Province

  • 摘要: 基于“三生”理论,在构建江苏省土地利用多功能评价指标体系的基础上,利用熵值法、综合评价模型和耦合协调度模型等分析了2012—2021年江苏省13个市土地“三生”功能的时空分布、耦合协调度的时空分布特征及其驱动因素。结果表明:(1)江苏省市域生产功能总体上呈现出由北向南、由两端向中间递减的空间分布特征;生活功能高值区主要分布于南部区域;生态功能高值区主要分布在江苏省东部区域。(2)江苏省土地“三生”功能耦合协调度在时间维度上总体呈上升趋势,但存在明显的空间分异,呈现东高西低、南高北低的分布特征。(3)城市污水处理率和建成区绿化覆盖率对江苏省土地“三生”功能耦合协调度具有正向显著影响;地均劳动力投入和地均公共预算支出对土地“三生”功能耦合协调度的影响不显著。鉴于此,提出了提升经济发展质量,兼顾“三生”功能协同发展;制定相关政策,促进“三生”协调发展;提高污水处理率,实现绿色发展等对策建议。

     

    Abstract: Based on the theory of “production-living-ecology” and the construction of the multi-functional evaluation index system of land use in Jiangsu Province, this paper uses the entropy method, comprehensive evaluation model and coupling coordination model to study the spatiotemporal distribution characteristics and driving factors of the coupling coordination degree of “production-living-ecological” functions of land use in 13 cities of Jiangsu Province from 2012 to 2021. The results show that: (1) The production function value of Jiangsu Province decreases from north to south and from two ends to the middle in the east-west direction. The high value area of life function is mainly distributed in the southern region. The high value area of ecological function is mainly distributed in the eastern region of Jiangsu Province. (2) The coupling coordination degree of land “production-living-ecological” functions in Jiangsu Province shows an overall upward trend in the time dimension, but there are obvious spatial differences, showing a structure of high in the eastern and southern regions and low in the western and northern regions. (3) The urban sewage treatment rate and the green coverage rate of built-up areas have a positive and significant impact on the coupling and coordination of land “production-living-ecological” functions in Jiangsu Province. The effects of labor input and public budget expenditure on the coupling and coordination of land “production-living-ecological” functions are not significant. In view of this, it is proposed to improve the quality of economic development to promote the coordination of “production-living-ecological” functions, formulate relevant policies to promote the coordination of “production-living-ecological” functions, improve sewage treatment rate and realize green development.
