乡村数字化赋能农业绿色全要素生产率的内在机理与实证检验

Internal Mechanism and Empirical Test of Rural Digitalization Enabling Agricultural Green Total Factor Productivity

  • 摘要: 乡村数字化和农业绿色发展的融合发展是推动农业现代化进程的新型驱动力,基于2012—2022年我国31个省(区、市)的面板数据,探讨了乡村数字化对农业绿色全要素生产率(GTFP=)的影响及其作用机制,采用SBM-GML生产率指数模型和熵值法,测算了农业GTFP=和乡村数字化水平;运用固定效应模型、中介效应模型、门槛效应模型,探究了乡村数字化对农业GTFP的影响及其作用路径。结果表明:乡村数字化显著促进了农业GTFP的提升;乡村数字化发展可以通过农业科技创新来提高农业GTFP,粮食主产区和北方的乡村数字化对农业GTFP的提高效果均比非粮食主产区和南方的强。门槛检验得出:乡村数字化对农业GTFP的促进效应存在显著的双门槛效应,即乡村数字化跨过门槛值之后才能显著推动农业GTFP的提高。因此,应加快乡村数字基础设施建设、搭建区域协作机制、强化农业绿色发展科技支撑作用,以期提升农业绿色发展水平和加快农业现代化发展进程。

     

    Abstract: The integrated development of rural digitalization and agricultural green development is the emerging driving force to promote the process of agricultural modernization. Based on the panel data of 31 provinces in China from 2012 to 2022,this paper discussed the impact of rural digitalization on agricultural Green total factor productivity(GTFP) and its action mechanism. SBM-GML productivity index model and entropy method respectively were used to measure agricultural GTFP and rural digitalization level, and fixed effect model, intermediary effect model and threshold effect model were used to explore the effect and action path of rural digitalization on agricultural GTFP. The results show that rural digitization significantly promotes the improvement of agricultural GTFP. Rural digital development can improve agricultural GTFP through agricultural science and technology innovation. Compared with the main grain producing areas and the north, the non-grain producing areas and southern rural digitization has a weak effect on improving agricultural GTFP. The threshold test shows that there is a significant double threshold effect on the promotion effect of rural digitalization on agricultural GTFP, that is, rural digitization can significantly promote the improvement of agricultural GTFP after crossing the threshold value. Therefore, we should speed up the construction of rural digital infrastructure, build regional cooperation mechanism, strengthen the supporting role of science and technology in agricultural green development, in order to improve the level of green agricultural green development and accelerate the process of agricultural modernization.
