木薯的抗寒性及抗寒育种的研究进展

  • 摘要: 木薯是主栽于热带及亚热带地区的重要经济作物,低温霜冻是限制木薯生长发育的主要因素之一,也限制了木薯的栽培范围,研究木薯的低温抗性对培育木薯抗寒种质、促进木薯产业的可持续发展具有重要意义。以木薯的抗寒性为出发点,综述了木薯抗寒评价相关的形态结构、生理生化机制和分子机理等方面的最新研究进展,介绍了木薯耐寒品种的选育进展,探讨了木薯抗寒性及抗寒育种未来的研究方向。

     

    Abstract: Cassava is an important cash crop mainly planted in tropical and subtropical areas. Low temperature is an important factor limiting the growth and development of cassava, and limiting the cultivation range. It is important to study the low-temperature resistance of cassava to promote the sustainable development of cassava industry and cultivating cold resistant germplasm. In this paper, the morphological structure, physiological and biochemical mechanisms and molecular mechanisms related to the evaluation of cassava’s cold tolerance were reviewed, and the progress in the breeding of cold-tolerant varieties was introduced. The future research direction of cassava’s cold tolerance and cold-tolerant breeding was discussed.
