Abstract: To investigate the effects of different organic fertilizers on the growth and quality of strawberries and optimize the fertilization measures for strawberry cultivation in the dry hot valley area,we used Miaoqi and Zhangji as test varieties,used single applications of earthworm manure （A₁,A₂ and A₃）,single applications of oil cake fertilizer （B₁,B₂ and B₃）,combinations of earthworm manure and oil cake fertilizer （C₁,C₂,C₃ and C₄）,and a control treatment without fertilizer （CK） as experimental treatments,and analyzed the effects of different fertilization treatments on the phenological period,growth period,fruit quality and yield of strawberries.The results showed that different fertilization treatments could all improve the quality and yield of strawberries.Among them,the combination of fertilizers B₂ and C₂ for Miaoqi and the combination of fertilizers A₃ and C₂ for Zhangji had significant effects on the phenological period,growth period,and yield.Therefore,the most suitable fertilization scheme for strawberries is the combination of earthworm manure and oil cake fertilizer （C₂）.
