Abstract: Agricultural industrialization is the only way to accelerate the construction of an agricultural powerhouse, promote agricultural and rural modernization and rural revitalization. Taking Asparagus Industry Research Institute of Xingguo County as an example, the article deeply analyzes its construction objectives, organizational structure, and platform construction. The main approaches include aligning resources and endowments to build specialized and competitive industrial clusters, aligning production needs to promote the deep integration of research and development results, aligning market needs to promote the extension, complementation and strengthening of industrial chains, and aligning farmer needs to leverage the role of enterprises in benefiting and helping farmers. Finally, the article suggests policy recommendations for building a cooperative mechanism among government, industry, academia, research and application, accelerating the effective transformation of research and development results, promoting the deep integration of the three industries of asparagus, expanding the development path of asparagus brands, and so on.
