Abstract:
Based on the main biochemical composition data of Laoshan tea varieties and Longjing 43 and the observation data of basic meteorological stations in Laoshan District from 2022 to 2023, correlation analysis, regression analysis and cluster analysis were conducted on the basis of daily meteorological data from 1 day to 15 days for 2022~2023 before the date of picking and the ratio of polyphenols, amino acids and phenolamine. The results showed that: (1) There was a significant correlation between the amino acids, polyphenols and phenolamine ratios of Laoshan tea varieties and the meteorological factors from 1day to 15 days before tea picking day. (2) The optimal regression model of tea polyphenols, amino acids, phenolamine ratio and meteorological factors was established to predict the phenolamine ratio threshold to determine the different grades of climate quality in Laoshan tea. (3) The annual climate assessment index for Laoshan tea was established. According to the content of tea polyphenols and the corresponding meteorological conditions, the quality of Laoshan tea was categorized into four grades: extra best excellent, good and general.
