Abstract:
The green manure crop rape was taken as the research object, and the conventional fertilization (CK), conventional fertilization+
Trichoderma harzianum (T
1), conventional fertilization+
Bacillus mucilaginosus (T
2), conventional fertilization reduction of 20% + green manure overpressure (T
3), conventional fertilization reduction of 20%+green fertilizer overpressure+
Trichoderma harzianum (T
4) and conventional fertilization reduction of 20%+green fertilizer overpressure+
Bacillus mucilaginosus (T
5) were set. The effects of overpressure of rape combined with different bacterial agents on growth, yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco were studied. The results showed that the combined application of green fertilizer and bacterial agents could significantly improve the field growth of tobacco plants in early stage and the potassium content, and could significantly decrease starch content of tobacco. The ratio of potassium to chlorine was optimized. T5 treatment had the best effect.
